One day I decided I wanted to paint a person, and I just decided to pull out some pictures and draw someone...I ended up painting my grandpa because he was just the cutest old man you have ever seen. This is an example of something different, with a picture I can paint something similar for you.

- Betsy is a Realtor by trade, but has always been an artist and learned her technique while attending Dowling Catholic High School in West Des Moines, IA. Betsy Sanders Sarcone attended Iowa State University for a year and a half of Fine Art training-then got tired of people telling her how to draw and paint...and transferred to Marquette University to get a degree in Ad & PR. Though her fine arts degree was dead, Betsy's passion lived on outside the classroom. For the past two years, Betsy has toyed with the idea of making a website and selling her paintings and art (like everyone always said she should)..and now she is finally doing it! Betsy and her husband, Nick now reside in Tampa, FL with their two dogs; Ellie Mae and Lucy Rae.
